GHiX collects information you provide directly: your visa-readiness answers, optionally your CV and connected profiles (e.g. LinkedIn), and your account details. We process this server-side to compute your readiness score, surface country-specific guidance, and let the AI agent reason over your data. We do not sell your information.

The final policy will detail every category of data we collect, every sub-processor we share it with, retention periods, your rights under GDPR (export, deletion, rectification), how the AI agent uses your data, and contact details for our data-protection point of contact.

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing the address below — even now, during private beta.
