Refund Policy

GHiX is free during private beta — there is nothing to refund right now.

When paid plans launch, the refund policy will appear here. Expect standard SaaS practice: a clearly stated trial / cooling-off window during which you can request a full refund, pro-rated handling for mid-cycle cancellations, and a transparent process for exceptional cases.

We'll never charge you without a confirmation email and an easy cancellation path from your account settings.
