This page is a placeholder. The reviewed terms publish before the beta opens to the public.

The final document will cover acceptable use, account responsibilities, ownership of content you create or upload, payment and refund terms, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution. It will be reviewed by counsel before going live, particularly the sections on data handling and the AI agent's use of your information.

While in private beta, using GHiX is free and the data you submit is processed only to provide the product to you. Detailed retention and deletion policies are spelled out in the Privacy Policy.
